Even if you're not a fan of "Battlestar Galactica," you more than likely know who Tricia Helfer is -- after all, it's hard to miss the actress who plays Number Six on the show, given the now-classic, barely-there red dress that sets her apart from the rest of the cast in promo photos. You may also recognize her voice as the Black Cat on "The Spectacular Spider-Man" cartoon, further establishing her geek cred.
Now, according to Activision, Helfer will be reprising her voice talents as the sultry and mischevious Black Cat in the upcoming "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" video game. The game follows Spidey as Venom unleashes the deadly symbiote on the citizens of New York, leaving them all mindless -- and dangerous -- enemies for your friendly neighborhood web-slinger.
The game producers left details of the role Helfer's Black Cat will play in the game's storyline under wraps for now, but teased that the actress will be stopping by the game's official site -- SeizeControl.com -- announcing news about the game and taking on questions from fans.
"Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" hits stores on October 21 for all major platforms.
